The following are HANS Group Terms and Conditions
In the event of the Credit Provider granting credit facilities to the Applicant then the following terms shall apply:
a) All accounts with an outstanding balance are to be settled within 30 days from the date that appears on the first statement.
b) Should the Applicant default in payment, any expenses, the applicant shall pay costs or other disbursements incurred by the Credit Provider in recovering outstanding monies.
c) Where the possession of goods is to be transferred to the Applicant it is EXPRESSLY understood that these goods remain the property of the Credit Provider until paid in full. Should the purchaser fail to pay any amount owing to Hans Steel Pty Ltd for products supplied by that entity by the due date, then, without prejudice to its other rights, Hans Steel Pty Ltd may recover and/or resell any or all products in which title has not passed to the customer and Hans Steel Pty Ltd shall be granted an irrevocable license to enter the site or such sites or any other location at which the products supplied by Hans Steel Pty Ltd may be stored or installed, at any time and to take or retake possession of such products for those purposes. If the customer mixes any such products purchased from Hans Steel Pty Ltd in which title has not passed with products in which title has passed, then the customer shall be deemed to have assigned title to those products to Hans Steel Pty Ltd and such title will only pass back to the customer when all monies owing to Hans Steel Pty Ltd have been paid in full.
d) The Applicant agrees that entries in the records of the Credit Provider stating that the Applicant has requested the supply of certain goods and/or services and that the Credit Provider has delivered the said goods and/or services to the Applicant shall be a prima facie evidence of such request and delivery.
e)This agreement and any contract for the supply of goods and/or services to the Applicant shall be deemed to have been made in the district of the Credit Provider.
PRIVACY ACT - Acknowledgement and Consent:
The Credit Applicant grants permission to the Credit Provider or their agent to:
Disclose to a credit reporting agency certain personal information about me/us including:
Obtain from a credit-reporting agency a report containing personal credit information about me/us and a report containing information about my/our commercial activities or commercial credit worthiness, to enable the Credit Provider to assess this application for credit.
Give to and obtain from any Credit Provider(s) that may be named in this application or in a report held by a credit reporting agency information about my/our credit arrangements, including information about my/our credit worthiness, credit standing, credit history, credit capacity, for the purposes of assessing an application for credit, or notifying any default by me/us.
